CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AGAINST IFIT

I wanted to pass on some very important news concerning a class action lawsuit filed against iFit Health and Fitness, Inc. (iFit) concerning allegations that iFIT manufactured and sold a variety of “smart” treadmills and other fitness equipment fitted with specialized touch screen consoles that provided features such as live workout streaming, interactive workouts, and more detailed workout tracking, and that when iFIT pushed a mandatory software update onto these consoles, it caused, or may in the future cause, the failure of display consoles in certain iFIT products.
This is BIG NEWS for those of us that have had our exercise machines damaged by these iFit updates. I myself have a NordicTrack X22i that is just taking up space and does not work. Ever since one of iFit’s updates messed up my display, my X22i is just sitting in the corner of the room collecting dust.
NO MORE…
Now we have a way forward where iFit will repair our displays so that we can start using our high-priced exercise machines again.

There is much more info at this website that may pertain to you and your NordicTrack or ProForm exercise machine.
Click on the Submit a Claim link. This is where you will gain access to the form you need to fill out in order for you to get your display fixed.
There will be two options. File Online and File by Mail. Most of us will have to use the File by Mail option as the File Online requires a Unique ID number. You will only have a Unique ID number if you received info on this class action suit by email, and were addressed personally.

Click on the Claim Form here link that will take you to the form you need to fill out in order to join this class action settlement and get your NordicTrack or ProForm display fixed.
iFit Display Claim Form Fill out the first two (2) pages and then sign and mail to:

IMPORTANT: Make certain you check the box on the first page, stating you certify that you purchased any fitness equipment manufactured by iFit, before January 23, 2023.
On the 2nd page you will want to check the iFIT STREAMING CONTENT SUBSCRIPTION CLAIM INFORMATION check box. This will entitle you to a 20% off a twelve-month extension of your iFit Subscription.
That’s it! Now there is a way for all of us that were affected by iFit updates to get our exercise machine display repaired free of charge.
